Chop the Green Beans, Red Onion, Tomato and prep the Garlic Clove (chop, peel, grate). Boil a pan of water with a little salt and add the Basmati Rice and Green Beans. Cook for around 10 - 15 minutes

Heat a frying pan and start to cook the Beef Mince. Break up the Beef Mince as it cooks. Fry for about 5 minutes. Discard any excess fat.

Add the Red Onion to the pan and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add the Garlic Clove and the Rogan Josh Paste and mix together well. Cook for another couple of minutes. Mix in the Beef Stock, Water and Tomato. Season with a little salt and pepper and allow to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Roughly chop the Coriander up as the rice and Green Beans finish. Once done, drain and excess water out with a sieve.

Add the Basmati Rice and Green Beans to the frying pan and mix together towards the end of the simmering. Mix the Mango Chutney into the sauce. Season with a little salt and pepper if required.

Serve up the Beef Pilaf between your plates and scatter a little Coriander over the top. Eat and enjoy!
